# Getting started

### Create an account

1. Go to the [Client Sign Up](https://console.cloud.denvrdata.com/account/login?mode=register) form.
2. Enter your company details and the name you'd like for your tenant. Then enter the details of the person who will be your first administrator.
3. Submit the form. Our team reviews each request and gets back to you..
4. Once your account is approved, your administrator receives an email to verify the address, with a username and temporary password. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder for mail from <support@denvrdata.com>.
5. Sign in, set a new password and accept the terms of service.

### Choose how you pay

Your account is prepaid, postpaid or hybrid; see [Tenant Types](https://docs.denvrdata.com/docs/platform/tenant-types) for the differences. On a prepaid account, add funds by credit card from **Administration → Billing** before launching resources.
